A retired British army officer said western Europe could find itself fighting Russia before this November. Is it really that dire?

Navigator, if you are up to it (I know of your situation), what do you think?
NATO insiders are seeing a lot of stuff that is secret about Russia that is scarring the heck out of them. I have seen reports from high ranking British, Dutch, Polish, Danish, and other nationality General Officers saying similar things to what you heard.

When the Russians started showing almost unfathomable incompetence in invading Ukraine, I wrote that this was similar to the USSR invasion of Finland in 1939, and that it would take the Russians a couple of years to sort out their military. I have seen numerous reports saying that they have made significant progress.

Our funding of Ukraine's efforts are crucial. The pro-Trump nut jobs in congress who tried to block this are completely out of touch with reality/history.
Too bad the white boys have decided to sit this one out. I am not going to figjt for country that hate me.
THIS.
The Dems are about to find out that no one cares. That is, the people that actually fight in wars don't care anymore and won't fight for the country.

It seems like most white people have just given up.

The migrants are going to be in for a shock when the welfare system goes down :)

Jews in Europe need to leave ASAP and migrate to Israel. They need to divest from the European economies whatever they can and move.

Long ago I wrote an article on the Barbarians now being inside the gates. The consequences of the great handout migration are now coming to full bloom.

The day the Palestinian war broke out, I was very clear: not my circus, not my monkeys. I have no part in this fight and absolutely refuse to take a side.

Of course one might argue that political leadership has very much taken a side, and therefore so have my tax dollars. But it's quite possible to condemn our leaders for this, without taking one or the other side.

China is behind most of the bad stuff in the world, including but not limited to:

BLM
Defund the Police movement
Exploitation of Africa, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Micronesia, etc., and making increasing inroads in South America
Fentanyl, and other drug problems
Illegal Immigration to USA and Europe
Anti-Israel/Anti-Semitic propaganda and riots
Pollution (think the CCP cares about Global Warming, let alone clean air?)
Ridiculous Anti-Global Warming initiatives across the 1st World
The "Stop Using Oil" movement
Transgenderism and whatever the Human Rights Campaign is pushing
Defund the Police movement

The do this by funding the groups that organize events and indoctrinate others. Plus youth are increasingly using Tik-Tok, controlled by the CCP, as a news source. It is so blatantly bad that even the Democrats in congress (who see actual intelligence briefings on this stuff) agree that Tik-Tok has to be removed from CCP control or banned outright.

They have also been involved in the funding of political campaigns they deem beneficial to them in any democracy.

The Chinese would also be behind the "woke" non-enforcement of laws and elimination of bail, but Soros and his foundation are already funding this stuff very well.

They are doing everything possible to sow discord into the US and the world at large to reduce our capability to deal with their expansionistic plans.
Once again we see that voting will get us nowhere except where WE DO NOT want to be.

Larry Fink says that countries with declining populations will have fewer problems adapting to robot and AI substitutions.

But where are these countries with declining populations? There are very few. Most of the countries, particularly Western countries, have seen non-stop population growth thanks to mass immigration. The only population decrease in these countries is that of the natives.

Everyone with half a brain has known that robots and AI are going to make many human jobs obsolete, meaning importing random 3rd worlders has never been more unnecessary. Why is Fink saying this now?

They have lost their collective minds along with the narrative.

Pro-Palestinian protesters are backed by a surprising source: Biden’s biggest donors
Some of the most outspoken groups against Biden and Israel get funding from foundations attached to some of the biggest names in Democratic circles.
Two of the main organizers behind protests at Columbia University and on other campuses are Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow. Both are supported by the Tides Foundation, which is seeded by Democratic megadonor George Soros as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and it in turn supports numerous small nonprofits that work for social change. (Gates did not return a request for comment, and Soros declined to comment.)

Another notable Democratic donor whose philanthropy has helped fund the protest movement is David Rockefeller Jr., who sits on the board of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. In 2022, the fund gave $300,000 to the Tides Foundation; according to nonprofit tax forms, Tides has given nearly $500,000 over the past five years to Jewish Voice for Peace, which explicitly describes itself as anti-Zionist.

Several other groups involved in pro-Palestinian protests are backed by a foundation funded by Susan and Nick Pritzker, heir to the Hyatt Hotel empire — and supporters of Biden and numerous Democratic campaigns, including $6,600 to the Biden Victory Fund a few months ago and more than $300,000 during the 2020 campaign.

During the Cold War, while NATO and the Warsaw Pact were adversaries, both meticulously tried to stay within the lines and avoid unnecessary escalation. The problem with having infantile morons in charge is that you don't know if they would rather start a nuclear war than agree to a peace deal in which they can't get 100% of what they want.

Thankfully, the troops from Lithuania would only be sent for training purposes (at least so far), but it's a step in the direction of escalation.

Anyone with half a grain of common sense knows why.
