If Egypt really is going to collapse into civil war, they may decide to redirect that anger towards Israel. They haven't fought since 1973, and since Egypt is in a or close to a crisis era, they're not going to just make peace when things get difficult this time around.

When I heard Kim Jong II was dead, I was about to celebrate until I realized that this meant the younger generation would take over and they would have less hesitation launching a war.

From what you've said about Iraq, it sounds like they don't want either country meddling and they don't want to get caught in the middle of a power play between Turkey and Iran. Even if they desire a closer relationship with Iran, perhaps because they don't want a repeat of the Iran-Iraq war, it doesn't mean that they will want them meddling in their affairs.
