Let's see; they've repeatedly threatened us with nuclear war, are claiming huge amounts of territory that belong to other countries, are building up for a war with us, and they have the gall to complain that we're taking "precautions" against them? Jeez, how many ways can you say hypocritical?

In a way, though, this does give me a bit of hope. We don't seem to be quite as blind to China's intentions as we were to Japan's 70 years ago.
