John, wow, that was a great analysis you put together on the Chinese threat.
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

But John don't we do the same things? Isn't likely that
We have created "back doors" in the chip codes so that
We can neutralize any efforts to subvert our defenses?
And wasn't Stuxnet an example of our "aggression."

Perhaps, but we aren't actively planning to launch a full-scaleshoshin wrote:But John don't we do the same things? Isn't likely that

war of extermination against either China or Iran.

The media wants us to think Iran is the boogeyman that the U.S. will war against. But I thought that generationally, you have written that Iran will be aligned with the us in the West.

Apparently very true.John wrote:Perhaps, but we aren't actively planning to launch a full-scaleshoshin wrote:But John don't we do the same things? Isn't likely that

war of extermination against either China or Iran.
But there are too many unknown jokers in the deck regarding the "up coming war"
Yes, China is the largest single block of humanity under a government, and thinks long term, a definite advantage in a world war.
Also access to technology appears to be universal, however, it's application may very.
One of the jokers, for example, is timing - the US and allies could have lost the second world war if Pear Harbour happened 6 months later. The out come would have been very different due to developing Nazi
technology. http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/cienc ... ects77.htm
“[T]he Nazi war machine swung into action utilizing as much as it could of the most up-to-date scientific knowledge available, and as the war developed, the list of further achievements grew to staggering proportions. From guns firing ‘shells’ of air to detailed discussions of flying saucers; from beams of sound that were fatal to a man at 50 yards, to guns that fired around corners and others that could ‘see in the dark’ - the list is awe-inspiring in its variety.”
Pitt stated that while some German technology was less developed than imagined at the time,
“some were dangerously near to a completion stage which could have reversed the war’s outcome.”
Former Polish military journalist Igor Witkowski described German wartime research as “the greatest technological leap in the history of our civilization.”
He said the Germans ignored Einstein and developed an approach to science based on quantum theories."
Technology is a real game changer as you indicate but "who" has it and how it will be used is the issue.
It has been stated that those in the high level secret US military development programs will not tell the truth about US capabilities, because they do not trust politicians, ( surprise surprise ) including the President, who ever he is. It is said the US military uses technology just good enough to do the job, the good stuff is used for when it is really needed. It is said, funding for these programs come from various "sources" It appears this has been going on since President Eisenhower's warning.
Another issue is the possible roll of the "others" as indicated in my Oct 14 post under "other ideas".
An interesting game indeed.
Re: 14-Oct-12 World View-Huawei / China 'Cyberwar Pearl Harb
I've wondered about that myself. Most people seem to be focused solely on Iran. They are a threat to us, at least so long as their leaders are in power, but they're not the most dangerous enemy. As for the media, I think part of it is just because it's easier to think that way.The media wants us to think Iran is the boogeyman that the U.S. will war against. But I thought that generationally, you have written that Iran will be aligned with the us in the West.
