Capuano has said that he and the other committee Democrats are going to produce an addendum to the report. Can't say what's in that until its released. Maybe they'll crucify Corzine, maybe they'll claim he's the most innocent flower that ever bloomed. We'll know, if it ever gets released.

Given the size of the company, I could see 50 or 60 million being mistakenly used due to transcript errors or whatever. That's not acceptable, but it would not strain me to believe it. When mistakes run up to astronomical figures, then the very size of the "mistake" indicates laws were broken. Even if we assume it was a mistake, then due diligence was not observed. A bunch of people need to go to jail.

FBI RSS feed says they've nailed quite a few for financial and fraud crimes recently, but they aren't going after these big guys. Of course, that's what corporate personhood is for, to prevent corporate officers from going to jail.
