So does this mean you're predicting a civil war within India as well as a conflict between India and Pakistan?

It's kind of odd up in Kurdistan, for example, visas. You can get a visa at the airport for fifteen dollars, IIRC. You can't travel to Kirkuk on that visa, as soon as you hit the border you'll be stopped and possibly arrested. That's a Kurdistan visa, so according to the Baghdad government you are not legally in Iraq, even though you have a visa issued at the Erbil International Airport. OTOH, there are no car bombings or suicide bombings in that region, and there is almost literally a Peshmerga on every corner, and he's well armed too. I always figured if you wanted to commit holy suicide, just act like you are going to attack something and it would be suicide in the Kurdish region. Those guys don't fool around. Lot of construction going on up there, and a lot of foreign business money flying around. The Kurds want modernization and security, and they are very determined to have both.

That's a possibility in any country. In America, there may be a conflict between
Latinos and Yankees.

I see America being split into many factions who are vigorously opposed to one another. 2nd Amendment camp vs. ban all guns camp. pro gay marriage vs anti gay marriage, working Americans vs non working, self sufficient camp vs gov't handout camp, We have become very divided in this country and the issues will not be resolved without great pain. The Supreme Court has already told Obama that he can do anything he wants as long as it is a tax. (Obamacare) so he could effectively ban firearms and disarm the people by taxing them out of citizens hands. I see this as a tipping point, as well as a breach of Constitutional limitations on ex post facto laws. Class warfare on some level is practically a certainty in this country. The working are getting tired of supporting the lazy and the lazy are totally dependent on handouts. A big deal is made when a R speaks against or votes against extending unemployment bennies to the sloths, but the L's are praised when they suggest killing gun owners or taxing the rich to death. In their view the "rich" is anyone with an income. Many suggest Obama is incompetent due to his handling of the volumes of problems we have in this country and his behavior abroad. If you look at what his real agenda might be; the destruction of America; then what he has done makes perfect sense. He is a racist, he despises individual freedoms, glorifies himself an emperor, wants to punish the working class of Americans. I can't decide who he favors more, Pol Pot or Robespierre.

Both Pol Pot and Robespierre created a bloody episode in their countries and both of their lives ended ingloriously.

Why is it so difficult to see through the veil people. republiCONS vs democRATs, cons vs rats... Why cant you understand that neither party stands for you? You must have some intelligence to be on this site, so use it. You read three stories, none of which discusses US politics but then you go to the forum and post your idiot opinion? How sad your life must be to spew hate from your empty head all the time.

If you're speaking of me say so. Being vague is silly. The partys in control of this country stand for no one but their own agenda and cares. If you wish a direct connection to one of the articles John posted-how about the caste system that exists in this country. Welfare/Wealthy. It is difficult to move out of either. Except in rare cases the wealthy stay wealthy and the welfare class stays poor and self-limiting. The upper class demands that the lower class be kept in its place. The middle is rapidly fading into the proverbial dust bin of history. The class warfare in India is not new, it is simply taking on a more publicized attention. As long as the lowest are suffering it is same old same old. But let one of the Aristocracy get hosed and it is a horrible tragedy. 500 people, many young black men, get killed in Chicago and it doesn't even make the evening news. 20 little mostly white kids in a nice area of CT and people are calling for a repeal of the 1st and 2nd amendments. Public safety of course.
I find it amusing that Sunni's are complaining of unfair treatment considering the Sunni led Saddam regime was just beyond slightly aggressive towards the Shia population of Iraq. I almost find it comforting that Iran is engaging in major war games. It would seem to placate the supporters of Ahmadinejad and provides a decent distraction. If they were being quiet I would worry of truly hostile plans.

Wealthy, bankers, cast, guns, revolution, the millennials, and the election.

The Keiser report from RT. Dec 27,2012, An interesting half hour .
First half deals with the banksters and examples of current banking fraud , and the comment that the banksters are "above the law" like Brahmas in a global banking cast system where "governments" are afraid to do anything "important" that might "hurt" the bankers.
The second half is an interesting interview with Gerald Celente. In it they talk about guns, but more importantly Gerald Celente says the second American revolution has begun. He talks about how the millennials ( which he calls the "F'ed generation ) are being impacted by the current status quo and that they will lead the change. Celente makes an interesting comment that he has spent considerable time "well connected, inside Washington" and that this last presidential election, when compared to the excitement of previous ones, feels like a "dead cat bounce"
