When I was young, several of my teachers would occasionally wax furious about the duplicity of manufacturers that sold weapons to Germany and Japan before the US got into WWII. I was just wondering if you'd heard the same stories when you were younger.

Absolutely yes. Also, when I was working for IBM, I heard the controversy about
how Hitler had used IBM card equipment to keep track of Jews.
