How many of those SAM's will wind up in the hands of terrorists, and how many will be used against civilian targets, and whose and where, those are good questions. Be nice to have the answers.

Environmental catastrophe goes hand in hand with a crisis era. The Dust Bowl in the US was our best example from the last period when "everything can be ignored, it'll all be just fine, as long as we can con everyone out of money the world is a good place". My parents were farmers, they talked about the Dust Bowl a lot when I was growing up.

This is something I've always wondered about. How could the Great
Depression have caused the Dust Bowl?

John -
Do you really think there's a cause-effect relationship there? Based on reading S&H, my thought has been that a natural disaster is typically uncontrollable, but it's how we deal with it (depending on generations/turnings) that is important.
