In terms of the former, it's estimated that about 1 to 2 percent of pregnancies are ectopic. I

don't know whether the Catholic church sanctions ending a pregnancy (even a nonviable one) to save the mother's life; I have heard of horror stories about Catholic hospitals refusing to do then.

I suggest you take a look at those who actually voted for Tim Scott. I doubt blue-collar white men have actually voted for him. Yes, there are black Republicans today, including Ben Carson, but they are only a minority.
