Moderated Forums

Hi, everyone. A few weeks ago, John Xenakis approached me about the possibility of creating a special forum he could moderate.

I gave this some thought and asked John to contact some of the longer-termed members of this site for their opinions.

Based on those conversations, I agreed to give this a try.

Moderated forums are going to be placed in a special category. You can join in on those conversations if you wish. Please note, however, that the moderator of the forum is going to have significant powers and discretion to moderate the forum. The rules could be more strict. Off-topic conversations may be stopped more quickly. The ability to create new threads may be restricted.

I'm not sure how this will go, but I do think it is good to try something new once in a while.

While moderated forums are done by request, they do not necessarily imply the approval or endorsement of anyone else here at the Fourth Turning Forums.

My best,

-- Craig

Moderated Forums

All,
The General Forums public section is no moderated due to SPAM. This means that it will take longer to discuss things in the public area. Please start threads and posts in the members areas.

I am also needing a moderator at this time to help. I know I have asked before but didnt really need one before, but due to this change, I will need assistance.
