Once you get someone to admit that an AR is going to spew a lot more bullets in the same about of time as a revolver, then it is just a matter of whether they got out 3rd grade math.

Simple, because a revolver cannot shoot that many people in the same amount of time AND that during those multiply re-loads, there would be time for escapes. That's exactly what happened in the last incident where a gunman attempted a mass killing by revolver.
