I'm sure Neil & Co. are working on upgrading their anti-spam software. In the interim, the best thing to do is to click on the little black triangle with the '!' symbol inside, which will alert the Webmaster to the presence of the spam. The more posters hit the alert button, the squeakier the wheel.
I've made it my personal business to report each and every instance of spam as soon as it appears. If you all do the same, whoever is doing this will likely move on.
Speaking of which... isn't it curious that Marc Lamb hasn't been heard from in awhile?!
